In Short

• Responsible for excellent delivery on assigned projects.
• Manage various project types including slide decks, print projects, and digital initiatives.
• Own project life cycle from initiation to final closing.
• Work with Account Manager for implementation plans across teams.
• Define project scope, objectives, and develop work plans.
• Conduct project meetings and ensure quality standards adherence.
• Manage budgets and client invoicing activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Perform risk planning and mitigation.
• Ensure sign-off at key project junctures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• 2+ years of budget management experience.
• Familiarity with MLR review processes.
• Experience in promotional projects for Medical Education.
• Proven track record of leading projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Proficient in creating timelines and tracking progress.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
