Overview

The Senior Project Manager/Configuration Manager will play a crucial role in supporting federal customers by managing teams and overseeing configuration and release management within ICF’s Digital Modernization Division.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management experience.
• 6+ years of experience with release and configuration management.
• 5+ years supporting federal clients on IT projects.
• 3+ years leading multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or business.
• 1+ years with low-code platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Microsoft Project.
