Overview

The Senior Business Enterprise Analyst is responsible for leading discovery, requirements definition, and business analysis for enterprise-level strategic initiatives, ensuring solutions are well-defined, aligned to business needs, and positioned for successful execution.

• Lead structured discovery & business case development for enterprise-level strategic initiatives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate complex stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to inform solution options and implementation approaches.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct user journey and value stream mapping.
• Translate requirements into executable work items and delivery plans.
• Provide project leadership for select initiatives, ensuring continuity from discovery through delivery.
• Support initiative scoping and readiness for portfolio intake.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise business analysis practices.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in business analysis and requirements elicitation techniques.
• Ability to lead complex discovery in cross-functional, enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with process mapping and value stream analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Clear, executive-ready written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Manager role.
• Experience supporting major organizational transformation efforts.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for company meetings.
