Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Specialist to support ALX Africa’s growth through a balanced mix of end-to-end recruitment and employer brand execution. This role will focus on attracting and hiring high-quality talent across technical and non-technical functions, while also helping shape how ALX is perceived as an employer by candidates and talent communities.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment activity and maintain hiring documentation.
• Execute employer branding initiatives across social media.
• Plan and promote hiring campaigns and talent events.
• Collaborate with teams to align hiring efforts with priorities.
• Stay informed on talent acquisition trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Understanding of employer branding.
