Overview

The Regional Technical Leader is responsible for supporting technical and maintenance teams across multiple sites, focusing on growth enablement, business retention, and building maintenance capabilities.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in high-output plastics manufacturing.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze team member skills and development needs.
• Professionalism and dedication to customer care.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills required.
• Experience with budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Self-directed and detail-oriented.
• Ability to drive positive change.
