Requirements

• Ability to obtain and decipher AUS findings (DU and LP).
• Experience in mortgage processing and loan documentation.
• Familiarity with compliance and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience working with Loan Officers and Borrowers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and quick learner.
• Ability to assess risk and identify red flags.
