The Specialist, People Solutions will be responsible for managing the New Hire ID creation process, coordinating with global stakeholders, and ensuring efficient tracking and reporting.

In Short

• Part of New Hire ID creation team
• Track and validate ID creation requests
• Create employee IDs on the HR Enterprise portal
• Publish reports related to ID creation
• Work with global stakeholders
• Mid shift hours (3 pm to 12 am)
• Requires 2 to 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Onsite opportunity in Plano office

Requirements

• MBA preferred
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Self-motivated and quick learner
• Strong attention to detail
