Software Engineer QA - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineer QA at Altisource, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies.

In Short

• Review requirements and provide feedback on specifications.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Estimate and coordinate testing activities.
• Design and execute automation scripts.
• Identify and track bugs thoroughly.
• Perform regression testing on resolved bugs.
• Develop testing processes for client needs.
• Liaise with internal teams for system requirements.
• Monitor debugging processes.
• Stay updated with new testing tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Software Testing.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
• Experience in writing test plans and cases.
• Hands-on with white box and black box testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
• Performance/security testing experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
