Preservation Coordinator, AFS Operations - Remote

Overview

The Preservation Coordinator will work directly with the Executive leadership of a US NASDAQ company, focusing on developing and organizing the financial strategy for various lines of business in the mortgage and real estate industry.

In Short

• Basic knowledge about US Mortgage is required.
• Contact utility companies in the US to activate or shut off services.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain necessary documentation for utility activations.
• Track and pay monthly utility bills.
• Pay deposits and obtain refunds once services are deactivated.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (Essential).
• Flexible to work in rotational/night shifts (Essential).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Essential).
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail (Essential).
• High accuracy and productivity, multitasking under deadlines (Essential).
• 0-10 years of work experience; freshers with good communication can apply.
• Previous experience in Mortgage Services (Desired).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Desired).
