Overview

The Preservation Coordinator will work directly with the Executive leadership of a US NASDAQ company, focusing on developing and organizing the financial strategy for various lines of business, particularly in the mortgage and real estate industry.

• Contact utility companies in the US to activate or shut off services.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain necessary documentation for utility activations.
• Track and pay monthly utility bills.
