Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Operations Analyst will work directly with the Executive leadership of a US NASDAQ company to develop and organize the financial strategy for various lines of business, focusing on inventory management and reporting.

In Short

• Manage client inventory and perform matrix analysis.
• Ensure proper controls for exceptions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Assist teams with audits and required documentation.
• Provide accurate information to internal teams.
• Ensure control reports meet SLAs.
• Drive month-end closing and reporting.
• Respond timely to client or vendor requests.
• Complete statutory and internal audit reports.
• Manage SOP Tracker and ensure SOPs are reviewed.

Requirements

• Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry.
• Proactive, deadline-conscious, and assertive.
• Expertise in MS Office, Macros, and MS SQL.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Flexible to work in US shifts.
