Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives while actively cultivating new connections, focusing specifically on US-based territory and clients. Serving as a trusted business partner, your role will involve deeply understanding their unique company challenges and goals, and advocating the innovative power of our products and services to make the organization more productive and drive its sales strategy.

In Short

  • Take ownership of your sales targets, aligning the business with the defined objectives and key results.
  • Conduct accurate forecasting and provide regular reports on the status of your sales performance.
  • Utilize phone and email channels to proactively engage with potential new prospects. Aim to make approximately 100 calls per day.
  • Arrange productive meetings by effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of our offering to ensure high-quality interactions.
  • Join Sales Representatives (AEs) on calls, takes notes, and familiarize yourself with the products we offer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in outbound sales.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in a sales customer-facing role working towards specific goals/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to speak and write in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a sales strategy.
  • Collaborative and continuous learning mindset. Strong willingness to actively contribute ideas and support their peers but also to demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt continuously.
