Overview

The Altera Senior Product Manager will lead the development and execution of our interoperability product portfolio, focusing on regulatory FHIR and other key interoperability solutions, specifically driving the common components being transitioned from one system into another.

In Short

  • Lead the development of interoperability product portfolio.

  • Manage product roadmaps and development schedules.

  • Train and support others on new solutions.
  • Assist demo and RFP teams as needed.
  • Drive development of common components for the Sunrise team.
  • Create and maintain product documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ healthcare IT or clinical experience.
  • 3+ years’ product management experience preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the US healthcare regulatory environment.
  • Knowledge of FHIR.
  • Experience in Agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Experience working in small, focused teams.
  • Ability to manage complex product issues.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
