Accounts Receivable Analyst - Remote

Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to protect the financial integrity of Altera Digital Health by effectively managing accounts receivable processes. This role involves working closely with hospitals and other clients to collect cash, negotiate invoice payments, and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

In Short

• Monitor and manage customer accounts for timely collection of receivables.
• Engage in direct communication with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
• Prepare reports for the finance department, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
• 2-3 years relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Approx 10% travel may be required.
