Overview

Altera Digital Health is searching for a seasoned and visionary Director, Client Success to lead our U.S. client success organization within our CareInMotion Team. This leadership role requires the development and execution of a strategic vision that ensures exceptional value realization for clients leveraging our digital health solutions.

In Short

• Foster strong relationships with key U.S. client executives.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Client Success Team.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive client success strategy.
• Oversee client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
• Leverage metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a relevant field.
• 10+ years’ experience in client success, sales, or project management roles.
• 5+ years' experience in healthcare IT industry.
• Strong track record in strategic client success initiatives.
• Understanding of Population Health, Interoperability, and Data Management.
• Experience managing a Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Excellent leadership skills.
• A keen strategic thinker.
