Overview

In this System Administrator role, the ideal candidate will assist with day to day operations on technical issues/problems, as well as participation in the initiation and planning phases of organizational projects.

In Short

• Provide remote support for Windows Server issues.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
• Participate in bridge calls for resolution assistance.
• Tune monitoring performance and system usage.
• Review environment for performance and security improvements.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Windows server administration.
• 4+ years of experience managing Cloud/Remote servers.
• Experience with scripting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in Data Center/Incident Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle critical situations.
• Graduate degree.
• Experience meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
