Overview

The role of a Junior/Senior Consultant - Support Engineering involves ensuring stable and uninterrupted support for business processes through the high availability of a cloud platform for clients in the automotive industry.

In Short

• Ensure stable support for business processes via a cloud platform.
• Quick recovery in case of errors and user-oriented handling of incidents and service requests.
• Support during recurring testing phases to provide a stable system for users.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, tech partners, and Alter Solutions.
• Document processing steps and solutions in the client's central ticketing systems.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Computer Science/Mathematics or comparable education.
• Initial experience in implementing DevOps methods.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, .NET, Java, C, C#) and CI/CD is advantageous.
• Ability to work well in a team and be solution-oriented.
• Good English skills (German desirable) and willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if necessary.
