Overview

As a Change Engineer at ALTEN MAROC, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing and coordinating changes within IT systems, ensuring effective communication and traceability throughout the change lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bac + 5 degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of ITIL Change Management
• Familiarity with Cloud/Azure architecture
• Experience with Service Now and Confluence
• Strong communication skills in French and English
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to assist in change management
• Attention to detail and rigor
