Change Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Change Engineer with 4 years of experience to manage changes in the IT systems of the Run The Biz domain (ITIL Change Management).

In Short

• Ensure traceability of changes (internal deployment and external partner deployment).
• Prepare and lead the CAB, communicate to stakeholders (planned, approved changes).
• Prepare and participate in the CAB VNext - relaying information.
• Ensure all necessary elements for change acceptance are reviewed before a CAB meeting.
• Monitor changes throughout the lifecycle and provide closure codes.

Requirements

• Bac 5 in Computer Science.
• ITIL knowledge.
• Knowledge of Cloud/Azure Architecture.
• Experience with Service Now and Confluence.
• Good communication in French (written and spoken).
• Good communication in English (written and spoken), able to interact with English speakers.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Change management assistance.
