Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Brilliant Harvest to be the bridge between our customers, marketing, and product teams. This role ensures customers are informed, supported, and heard — helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving engagement.

In Short

  • Draft and distribute customer communications in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
  • Manage SendGrid campaigns for customer communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics to drive user engagement.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through HubSpot Service Hub.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product for improvements.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction trends and provide insights to leadership.
  • Support customer onboarding with training materials and FAQs.
  • Create content to support customer engagement and success.
  • Coordinate dealer event needs and provide on-the-ground support.
  • Work closely with marketing to amplify customer success stories.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support or communications.
  • Background in marketing or content creation.
  • Experience with SendGrid, Intercom, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for customer experience and feedback translation.
  • Understanding of heavy equipment (Construction or Agriculture).
