Overview

The Sales Engagement Consultant/Product Specialist role at AlphaSense lives at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support. Product Specialists are tasked with building relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense while helping to drive adoption.

In Short

  • Work directly with investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, and asset managers.
  • Conduct on-site client visits and host training sessions.
  • Partner closely with account management to enhance client success.
  • Support sales efforts by leading product demos and assisting in pitches.
  • Identify key market trends and curate relevant content for clients.
  • Leverage product knowledge to field feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Engage with users to provide tailored training and optimize workflows.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and product teams for future developments.
  • Must be willing to work from the NYC office at least 1 day per week.
