Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data and identifying key insights to drive engagement, retention, and growth throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analysis or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
