The Entitlement Analyst will support the global sales teams with Content Authorization requests, ensuring a superior customer experience while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
