As an Entitlement Analyst at AlphaSense, you will support our global sales teams with Content Authorization requests and provide superior customer experience.

• Work from 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST (Monday to Friday).
• Stable internet connection and home office setup required.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support via email, chat, or phone.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
