Creative Strategist - Remote

Overview

As the Creative Strategist, your mission is to craft cutting-edge static and video ads that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth across Meta and other paid channels. Combining creative vision with data-driven insights, you will lead the development and refinement of ad campaigns to meet key performance goals such as ROAS.

In Short

• Conduct in-depth research on consumer trends and competitor campaigns.
• Build and refine customer personas based on data.
• Present new creative angles during weekly ideation calls.
• Craft clear, detailed briefs and scripts for campaigns.
• Establish and manage a pipeline of creative talent.
• Regularly analyze campaign performance and refine creative assets.
• Work with teams across Production and Post-Production.
• Evaluate and refine creative processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy.
• Proven expertise in developing high-impact ads.
• In-depth understanding of consumer psychology.
• Strong experience in A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Excellent skills in creative brief writing and script development.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and customer persona development.
• Ability to manage creative processes efficiently.
