As an early member of our engineering team, you’ll shape the backend architecture, define best practices, and directly impact our product roadmap.

• Architect & Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.

• Scale Infrastructure by designing cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Lead & Mentor future engineers as we grow the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or AI/ML-focused company.
• Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust (other modern backend languages are a plus).
• Strong experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, or NoSQL alternatives).
• Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps and AI model deployment (preferred but not required).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguity-driven environment.
• Passion for AI, automation, and pushing the boundaries of enterprise software.
