Overview

AlphaHire is looking for a Business Development Manager who can effectively manage and close warm leads without needing a script. The ideal candidate will have a recruiter’s intuition combined with a salesperson’s tenacity.

In Short

  • Manage and close warm leads from inbound sources and outbound campaigns
  • Connect via phone, LinkedIn, text, and email to drive results
  • Engage with founders, executives, and hiring managers to identify hiring needs
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to align candidate delivery with client expectations
  • Consistently follow up and close deals
  • Track activities in CRM/ATS and provide updates to clients

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing, preferably from the recruiting/staffing industry
  • Proven ability to follow up and close deals independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and process-driven attitude
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, SMS, and basic sales tools
  • Bonus for experience in staffing, recruiting, or tech/sales environments
