The Marketing Project Coordinator keeps the Communications & Marketing team moving in sync — building the systems, rhythms, and coordination that allow every team member to do their most meaningful work with clarity and confidence. This role makes excellent work possible by ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.

In Short

  • Own and manage the team's project management system (Monday.com).
  • Manage project intake and triage from internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project calendars across all active campaigns.
  • Run weekly project status check-ins with the team.
  • Research and compile background information for campaign planning.
  • Provide light production assistance including graphic creation.
  • Communicate project status and timelines clearly.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Support onboarding of new tools and processes.
  • Foster a team culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role.
  • Experience managing projects using tools like Monday.com.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-directed, comfortable in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, enabling others' success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Basic graphic design capability using tools like Canva.
  • Mission alignment with Alpha's work.
