• Maintain and track timelines and deliverables across multiple marketing projects.
• Manage internal calendars and deadlines to ensure on-time execution.
• Support planning and execution of campaigns and events.
• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing internal communications (newsletters, announcements, agendas).
• Draft and edit marketing materials, presentations, and decks.
• Organize and maintain marketing files and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics: schedules, travel, venue details, and registration.
• Track deliverables for speakers, sponsors, and partners.
• Support event communications, signage, swag, and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

• Assist with asset management, approvals, and routing.
• Support workflows for social, email, and PR campaigns.
• Monitor task completion and optimize departmental efficiency.
