We're looking for a Korea UA Manager to lead our user acquisition efforts in this critical growth market. This role is crucial for expanding our mobile app and gaming user base and driving profitability, requiring a strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and deep market expertise. You'll develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive UA strategies across diverse platforms, ensuring culturally relevant approaches for Korea.

In Short

  • Develop and own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy for Korea.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze large-scale UA campaigns across various platforms.
  • Lead data analysis to optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
  • Drive continuous A/B testing and optimization of creatives.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, Localization, Sales, and Data teams.
  • Manage ad partner and agency relationships in Korea.
  • Stay updated on UA trends and mobile advertising technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape in Korea.
  • Fluency in English and Korean is required.
  • Expertise with major platforms and mobile attribution tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret large datasets.
  • Ability to formulate comprehensive UA strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
