Overview

The Therapeutic Intake Coordinator (LCSW / LPC) plays a vital part in a patient’s first experience with our organization, conducting comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for new patients entering care.

• Fully remote role serving patients in South Carolina.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations (CPT 90791).
• Complete clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Identify provisional diagnoses and initial treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
• Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations preferred.
• Knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective collaboration within a clinical team.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
