• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and fostering collaboration.
• Ability to use data to track progress and guide decisions.
• Knowledge of web/app development processes and UX/UI principles.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
• Passion for the outdoors.
