• Be the architectural brain behind our Design Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Design Ops or Program Management.
• Fluent in design tools like Figma, Asana, Jira, Confluence.
• Ability to navigate between creative and business languages.
• Experience streamlining design processes.
• Understanding of different approaches for brand and product designers.
• Enjoys task management in a semi-chaotic environment.
• Appreciates the value of data.
