In Short

Be the architectural brain behind our Design Operations.
Act as the glue between design, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Create documentation and processes that are user-friendly.
Build efficient workflows to keep projects moving smoothly.
Partner with leadership to craft design strategy.
Guard our design standards and system.
Handle budgets, vendors, and resources.

Requirements

5+ years in Design Ops or Program Management.
Fluent in design tools like Figma, Asana, Jira, Confluence.
Ability to navigate between creative and business languages.
Experience streamlining design processes.
Understanding of different approaches for brand and product designers.
Enjoys task management in a semi-chaotic environment.
Appreciates the value of data.
