Property Claims Estimate & Repair Verification Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Claims Estimate & Repair Verification Advisor is responsible for ensuring consistency of estimating practices for the Good Hands Repair Network repair facilities and compliance to best practices. The individual conducts physical and/or virtual re-inspections and analyzes complex estimates prepared by Allstate or the Good Hands Repair Network shops.

In Short

• Conducts virtual desk reviews of vendor repair estimates.
• Ensures adherence to estimating best practices.
• Responds to customer escalations and follows up on their needs.
• Develops and manages relationships with network vendors.
• Monitors network utilization and identifies needs for expansion.
• Participates in calibration activities with the Claims organization.
• Collaborates with leadership on inspection results.
• Provides information on reinspection results to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• 2 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred).
• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• Experience in claims management is a plus.
• Familiarity with estimating practices.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships.
