Overview

The Property Claims Advisor at Allstate is responsible for investigating and confirming facts of loss for homeowners' claims, determining coverage, damages, and negotiating claims within the limit of authority.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant Claim Advisor experience.
  • Completion of CIP designation or desire to pursue preferred.
  • Must be licensed in New Brunswick.
  • Prior insurance experience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to solve customer problems effectively.
