Overview

Allstate Dealer Services is seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Trainer and Curriculum Developer to design and deliver high impact training programs that drive performance across automotive dealers’ Finance & Insurance (F&I), sales, and service departments.

In Short

  • Design and deliver customized training programs for automotive Finance & Insurance products.
  • Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions in person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and implement strategies.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and participant feedback.
  • Continuously update training content with industry trends.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training or related roles required.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills needed.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (90% - 100%).
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through training.
  • Finance & Insurance experience is required.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver high impact training methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
