Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Platform Consultant (Workday HCM Solution Architect) to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-wide human capital management solutions using Workday HCM.

In Short

• Lead the Human Capital Management (HCM) vision for internal clients.
• Facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions.
• Engage and support clients through all project phases.
• Utilize expertise for data loading and configuration.
• Identify and implement solutions for code reuse.
• Manage priorities and business outcomes of the platform.
• Architect and design Workday HCM modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Drive system integration and process optimization.
• Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday HCM.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Workday HCM architecture.
• Proven experience managing large-scale HR system implementations.
• Expertise in multiple Workday modules.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM.
• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
• Workday certifications (Preferred).
