Bodily Injury Adjuster - Remote

Overview

The Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, while providing exceptional customer service and negotiating settlements.

Requirements

• Prior third-party casualty claim handling experience required.
• 2-5 years of moderate/complex Bodily Injury claim handling experience preferred.
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and coverage.
• Experience with litigation claims preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
• Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zones.
• Adjuster/appraiser license may be required.
