Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s/PhD with 4+ years as a Data Scientist.
• Hands-on experience in digital advertising.
• Expertise in building and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Spark.
• Proficiency in ML libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with reinforcement learning is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud data solutions is preferred.
• Experience deploying models on AI platforms is advantageous.
