Overview

The Inside Auto Claims Specialist is responsible for assisting customers following single or multiple vehicle auto losses by providing support throughout the claims process, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and with empathy.

In Short

  • Manage auto claims from start to finish.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to gather information.
  • Use internal tools to assess claims and make decisions.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and evaluate claims.
  • Negotiate settlements to ensure fair outcomes.
  • Document all claim activity accurately.
  • Review First Notice of Loss (FNOL) details.
  • Coordinate follow-ups for clarification and resolution.
  • Work hours may vary with one weekend day commitment.
  • Initial training followed by a permanent shift allocation.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with insurance claims processes (preferred).
  • Comfort using digital tools and platforms.
