Requirements

• 2+ years of claims experience, preferably in bodily injury.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Experience in claims investigation and negotiation.
• Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.
• Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• Internet bandwidth of at least 50 MB down/5 MB up.
• Willingness to obtain necessary licenses within 60 days of hire.
• Engagement in virtual meetings on camera is required.
