Overview

The Claims Resolution Adjuster at Allstate is responsible for investigating automobile accidents involving bodily injury, providing exceptional customer service, and negotiating fair injury settlements, all while working remotely.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Claims, preferably Casualty Bodily Injury.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Experience in claims investigation and negotiation.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have a dedicated workspace at home.
• Internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up required.
• Willingness to obtain necessary licenses within 60 days of hire.
• Engagement in online meetings and trainings required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
