Overview

This role involves guiding high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of change among employees, customers, and partners, while supporting business analysis efforts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
• PMP Certification required; Prosci or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to manage organizational change.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business data.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
