MICE Project Manager- LATAM - Remote

Overview

We are currently recruiting a MICE Project Manager for LATAM Markets with previous experience within the MICE industry to join our passionate team. This position will be based in Latin America, remotely.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end event/project management.
• Receive and complete client’s briefing.
• Ensure local offices respond to client briefs on time.
• Adapt quotations and presentations for the LATAM market.
• Create proposals from scratch when necessary.
• Manage client relationships before, during, and after events.
• Handle budget management and post-event reconciliation.
• Report to Sales Directors for LATAM source markets.
• Work with a passionate team in a dynamic industry.

Requirements

• Experience in the MICE industry.
• Background in event agency or DMC.
• Ability to manage projects with short deadlines.
• Strong client management skills.
• Experience in financial reconciliation.
• Creativity in proposal creation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Passion for events.
• Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
