In Short

• Ongoing accounting of open and closed funds, managing asset books and accounts, handling accounts payable and master data maintenance.
• Assuming, evaluating, and controlling accounting data from fund managers.
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to UGB and IFRS.
• Review of transaction documents and creation of transaction overview sheets.
• Independent resolution of discrepancies and ad hoc issues.
• Contact person for external auditors and consultants.
• Subject matter expert in projects.

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills are a firm requirement.
• Training as a financial accountant, tax accountant, or comparable educational background or completed business studies.
• Relevant experience in fund and financial accounting, ideally in the area of AIFMs.
• Solid accounting and tax knowledge are mandatory.
• Closing secure according to UGB.
• Several years of industry experience.
• BMD knowledge is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word & Excel).
• Team player and independent working style.
