UX Designer - Remote

Overview

As a key member of the Spend Management squad, you’ll help shape a modern business bank account that goes beyond transfers, statements, and card payments. Your work will help UK eSMEs focus more on growing their business.

In Short

• Lead the design process from discovery to delivery.
• Translate customer insights into ideas and craft end-to-end user flows.
• Measure and share the impact of your work.

• Make decisions based on evidence and data.
• Act with autonomy and uphold UX standards.
• Have 4+ years of experience in designing digital products.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful product design work.
• Deep understanding of UX and human behavior.
• Strong skills in visual design, typography, and UI design.
• Technical awareness of design implications.
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
