Overview

Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead and manage the development of winning proposals for our organization. The Proposal Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire proposal process from start to finish, ensuring that all proposals are completed on time, adhere to client requirements, and align with strategic objectives.

• Lead and manage the overall proposal development process.
• Deliver high-quality in-person presentations.
• Interpret technical and management requirements of Federal Government solicitations.
• Create and oversee schedules and compliance matrices.
• Plan for and arrange resources for proposal efforts.
• Facilitate proposal reviews and track reviewer comments.
• Coordinate with management teams and stakeholders.
• Support operation activities like managing content databases.
• Travel to support proposal efforts as needed.
• Work hybrid with onsite presence during major proposal efforts.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in federal government proposal management.
• Detail-oriented and organized with experience managing multiple projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience or master’s with at least 6 years.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage geographically disparate teams.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Experience with design software is a plus.
• Prior or active security clearance is preferred.
