Overview

Allara is a telemedicine platform delivering expert, multidisciplinary healthcare for women with hormonal conditions. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven 1099 Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for key corporate roles across various functions.

In Short

• Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Recruit for both 1099 contractors and W2 employees across corporate functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs and hiring strategies.
• Use creative sourcing tactics to find and engage top-tier talent.
• Ensure a mission-aligned, high-touch candidate experience at every stage.
• Manage requisitions and pipelines in Greenhouse with high data accuracy.
• Build proactive pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to drive improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Start-up experience is required.
• Extensive experience using Greenhouse is required.
• Proven success hiring for both W2 and 1099 roles across multiple departments.
• Strong sourcing skills beyond job boards.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Passion for women’s health and growing mission-driven teams.
