We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is not just customer service; it serves as the essential link between closing strategic sales and precise operational execution.

In Short

  • Operational Coordination: Daily follow-up on orders through the system and direct communication with shipping companies.
  • Financial Adjustment: Managing unauthorized discounts, sending payment links, and correcting invoices.
  • High-Value Sales: Managing and closing sales for high-billing clients (ranging from 200 EGP to 2,000 EGP and above).
  • Compliance with Standards: Executing tasks accurately according to the approved work manual and internal templates.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales operations, specifically for stores on platforms like Shopify or Z.
  • Professional Background: Retail sector.
  • Full Availability: Must not be engaged in any other job and available to start immediately.
  • Working Hours: Full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saudi time).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to be present during peak evening periods as per work requirements.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: 5,000 EGP - 8,000 EGP.
  • Progressive Commission System: Sales commission starting from 2% up to 4% based on sales volume.
  • Expected Monthly Income: Total income (base + commission) usually ranges between 9,000 EGP to 17,000 EGP, depending on sales closing quality and performance accuracy.
