Partner Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Partner Marketing Manager will help scale our global partnership program. This is a relationship-driven, execution-focused role for a marketer who excels at building joint go-to-market momentum and translating strategy into high-quality execution. You will partner closely with partner marketing counterparts and Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to plan and deliver integrated programs across digital marketing, events, thought leadership, and partner enablement. You will support partners across North America and EMEA and require strong organizational discipline, collaboration, and a passion for delivering polished, impactful programs.

• Collaborate with partner marketing counterparts to build quarterly joint go-to-market plans.
• Develop and manage a co-marketing activity calendar aligned to sales strategy.
• Create and manage assets for joint programs including co-branded content.
• Track and report on program performance to inform future planning.
• Partner closely with CAMs to execute partner-facing events.
• Identify new event formats to drive partner engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the partner ecosystem.
• Contribute to the overall partner marketing strategy.
• Continuously optimize program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field.
• 3+ years in partner marketing or channel marketing.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with exposure to demand generation.
• Experience planning and executing co-marketing programs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with marketing automation tools preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent project and program management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.
